Fabulous! I just made the cauliflower with the dry batter and it's absolutely delicious. I didn't have pecans so I used walnuts and I used a little cayenne instead of hot sauce. Using aquafaba as a coating plus the nuts and nutritional yeast is brilliant! No need for oil with this delicious recipe.
