Meet Chef Katelin Mae

Chef Katelin Mae is a Nutritionist, Culinary Coach, and the proud Owner of The Culinary Gym, where her recipes and online culinary courses empower people to create greater flavor, vitality, and joy! Katelin Mae teaches how to make plant-based cooking easy and delicious so that you can enjoy AND sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Since 2011, Katelin Mae has been teaching weekly at TrueNorth Health Center, and working with Dr. McDougall’s Health & Medical Center. She’s also a contributor to the Forks Over Knives website, and the Food Revolution Network.
In 2014, Katelin Mae started with Bright Line Eating as a fellow recovering food addict, and quickly experienced greater happiness and freedom around food. Katie Mae was and continues to be inspired to support Bright Line Eaters with the most nutritious recipes to make their BLE journey even more powerful..
Katelin Mae has a Master of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr University and has completed the Rouxbe Plant-based Culinary Certification. You can find her recipes and trainings at TheCulinaryGym.com.
