Delicious Health-Promoting Hot Chocolate

Makes 12 oz | Ready in 5 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons walnut pieces
- 2 teaspoons cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or ½ tablespoon hemp seeds
- 3–4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1¼ cups hot water
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until creamy.
- Pour into a mug. Sip joyfully as you nourish your body!
CHEF'S NOTE
The walnuts and chia seeds add a little bit of fat and creaminess to this recipe. If you wish to leave out the chia seeds, you can do that, no problem. Some or all of the walnuts could also be replaced with cashews.
